Subscription billing
All subscription billing is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible directly from your Account page.
Accessing billing
Click Manage Billing on your Account page to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
What you can do
From the Stripe Customer Portal, you can:
- Update your payment method — change credit card or payment details
- View past invoices — download receipts for your records
- Cancel your subscription — see Canceling a subscription for details
Switching tiers
You can switch between Creator Listing ($2/month) and Creator Subscription ($4/month) at any time. Stripe automatically prorates the difference, so you are only charged for the time spent on each tier.
