Canceling a subscription
You can cancel your Creator subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
What happens when you cancel
- Your Creator benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free tier
- Any published content stays live on the platform
What you lose
When your account reverts to Free tier, you lose access to:
- Sales dashboard
- Higher upload limits
- Video and book uploads
Resubscribing
You can upgrade back to a Creator tier at any time from the Subscription page.
