Duplicate title rules
To keep your content library organized, Foodie Moiety enforces title uniqueness rules.
The Rules
- All of your content titles must be unique -- you can't have two items with the same title (across both recipes and books)
- Different users can have items with the same title -- uniqueness is only enforced within your own content
- Title matching is case-insensitive -- "Pasta Carbonara" and "pasta carbonara" are considered the same title
How It's Enforced
The desktop app checks for duplicate titles before uploading. If you try to publish content with a title you've already used, the app will let you know so you can choose a different title.
