Foodie Moiety respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Foodie Moiety infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or other location on the Platform where it appears.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

Foodie Moiety will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
